At CAHAYA worlds, we want to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on any order that is £500 and above within the UK. Please ensure to leave your phone number with your order, as we may need to contact you regarding your shipment. Please note that our products are made-to-order, so it takes about 6 weeks for your order to arrive.

We take great pride in our made-to-order policy, ensuring that every piece is crafted with the utmost care. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a return or exchange policy. What are the delivery costs?We offer free delivery for orders of £500or higher. Delivery costs are 10£ for orders under £500

What is the refund and exchange policy?Due to our made-to-order policy, we are currently not able to provide return or exchange service. However, we are more than happy to assist you with all the questions regarding the pieces. Please email to us at cahayaworlds@gmail.com for any inquiry.

How long does delivery take?Orders are estimated to be delivered between 4 - 6 weeks due to our made-to-order policy. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

What are the available shipping methods?Your order will be shipped either by DHL Express or UPS, depending on your order and shipping country.

What repair services does cahaya worlds offer?At cahaya worlds, we believe in the importance of respecting each garment. Currently, we offer repair services exclusively within London. If any of the pieces you have purchased from us are in need of repair, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you. Additionally, if you no longer have use for a particular piece, you are welcome to send it back to us. Our team would love to upcycle the pieces that are no longer in use, breathing new life into them. Thank you for your support in our efforts to promote sustainability and responsible fashion practices.

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes ?No, all charges are included in the final purchase price. For US and GB, the price displayed already includes duties.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
